Israel faces a national need for healing, rebuilding, and empowerment. Many essential industries are experiencing labor shortages, while young people across the country seek new opportunities and a renewed sense of purpose.

Your donation directly funds training programs, professional guidance, and job placement support for young adults striving to build meaningful careers in construction and infrastructure. It also helps cover operational costs, such as facilities, professional staff, and wage subsidies, ensuring fair compensation for workers.
Our goal is to support young Israeli reserves who experienced severe trauma during the October 7 events and the "Iron Swords" war by helping them rebuild their lives through employment in construction and infrastructure.
WE WILL
Train individuals aged 23–32 who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the construction and infrastructure fields through specialized, hands-on programs.
Connect these individuals with companies and employers who can offer stable, long-term job opportunities and career advancement.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the process, including personalized guidance from social workers and therapists during their training and employment journey.

Guiding and matching — Each participant undergoes a personal interview and assessment to determine their strengths and interests, followed by a tailored training and guidance program designed to set them on a successful career path.

Building employer partnerships — We establish connections with contractors and employers who provide supportive and nurturing environments, offering trainees valuable on-the-job experience and long-term career opportunities.

Fundraising for critical support — We raise funds to cover the costs of facilities, professional staff, and subsidies, ensuring that participants have access to training, resources, and ongoing support throughout their employment journey.

Securing wage subsidies — By collaborating with the Ministry of Economy, we ensure fair wages for Hebrew labor through subsidies, helping workers sustain meaningful careers while supporting Israel’s economic growth.
